We hear today about God's mercy and tender affection for His people. For anyone who has ever felt lost or alone, it is comforting to know that God will never forget us. As God's people, we can help others feel less alone and forgotten, by reaching out to the sick, the home-bound, the imprisoned, the poor, and all of those whom society tends to forget about.
